SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions on the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering companies which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency explained it is actually alarmed in regards to the superior quantity of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The aim of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your large number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no completely functional office devoted to service the area regularly. The support point designed for intervention activities a higher inflow of prospective beneficiaries, which makes it complicated to the Workplace to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more assets to help the servicing of all prospects and boost usage of Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
